Refund policy

NO REFUNDS!!!!! 

We do offer exchanges only in perfect condition of the same item. ANY WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS BY THE CUSTOMER  WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

• You may exchange your merchandise within 5 business days of receipt of purchase.
• The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Since our items are limited in quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.
•  Please see item description located underneath photos. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

We DO NOT accept exchanges on any white items, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, accessories or bags.

Please email us FIRST to initiate a return. Please DO NOT return any merchandise to our warehouse without speaking to someone. and receiving confirmation.  We will provide you with a return address to send your return to.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping cost.

If we accidentally send you the wrong item.

• The item is only eligible for the correct item within 14 calendar days of receiving your shipment.
• In original condition
• Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing.
• If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense or Divas & Dudes Boutique at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee.
• Please note that the return process must be completed within 7 days after approval or the return is no longer valid.
• Diva & Dudes Boutique reserves the right to deny a exchange if items are not received within a reasonable time frame after creating an ReTurn label.
